INSIGHT

Gen-Z is a digitally native generation that prefers to shop online, making traditional brick-and-mortar stores—where FMCG campaigns usually thrive—a more challenging space to reach them.

SOLUTION

We crafted a vibrant, digital-first campaign designed to meet Gen-Z where they are: on social media. By encouraging shoppers to share their Coca-Cola experiences online, the campaign quickly gained momentum and snowballed in to success. Customer-generated posts helped drive foot traffic to stores to participate and engaging point-of-sale materials sealed the deal and boosted conversion.
