Drive conversion of Amazon Basics batteries, a low engagement product, using only static banner campaign.
INSIGHT
There wasn't a lot to hang our hat on. Batteries are stanerised, with price being the only clear differentiator. And Amazon batteries are cheap, but not the cheapest, even on the Amazon platform.
Batteries aren’t exciting — but value is. While Amazon Basics batteries aren’t the absolute cheapest, they deliver more for your money. Longevity. Reliability. Trust. At a price that makes sense.
SOLUTION
We focused on what good value actually means for people. It means you can do a little more for a little less. We translated this into engaging banners, using the most common battery uses. The line drawing allowed us to show the usage ánd the product. A 4 word expressed the benefit. All put together it created the best-performing banner campaign for Amazon Basics to date.
